Return and Refund Policy

At ZatoCase, we value customer satisfaction and strive to ensure that all physical products purchased through our online store meet your expectations. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to return a product and request a refund. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the guidelines for returning physical products purchased through our online store, in accordance with the laws of the United States, United Kingdom, Europe.

Right of Return: You have the right to return a product purchased from ZatoCase within 14 days from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as received, including the original packaging, and must not show signs of use, damage, or alterations.

Return Process: To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service within the 14-day period from the date of product receipt. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Shipping Costs: The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to return the product, according to the following price table:

1 unit – $6.70
2 units – $9.60
3 units – $11.50
4 units – $12.00
Above 5 units – $17.00

These costs will be applied regardless of the reason for return.

Refund: Upon receiving and evaluating the returned product, we will issue a full refund for the value of the product, excluding the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs, within 14 days. The refund will be made using the same payment method used in the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions: Certain products may be subject to specific return policies due to the nature of the item. These exceptions will be clearly indicated in the product description. Customized products, promotional items, or clearance items may have additional return restrictions.

Damages during Shipping: If you receive a product that has been damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will guide you through the necessary procedures to resolve the situation and arrange for a replacement if needed.
